b. CAMS: The available file types from CAMS include Transaction File (WBR2), Client Master File (WBR9), Systematic File (WBR49), AUM File (WBR22), and Consolidated Brokerage Payout Details (WBR77). These files contain transaction data, client master information, systematic investment details, AUM data, and brokerage payout information.

Requesting RTA Files:
a. Kfintech: Login to the Kfintech RTA portal using your ID and password associated with your ARN/RIA code. Navigate to the Mailback Reports section and select the desired report, such as the Transaction Report (MFSD201) or Investor Master Information (MFSD211). Specify the necessary details, including the date range and file format, and submit the request. Kfintech will process the request and send the file link to your registered email ID.
b. CAMS: Visit the CAMS website and access the Distributor Mailback services. Choose the appropriate report, such as the Transaction File (WBR2) or Client Master File (WBR9). Specify the required details, including the date range and delivery option, and submit the request. CAMS will send the file link to your registered email ID.

Importing RTA Files in MADOSX:
a. Kfintech: Download the file from the link provided in the email and extract it using the specified password. In MADOSX, navigate to the Data Import section and choose the appropriate file type, such as Transaction Data or Client Master Data. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload and import the data into MADOSX.
b. CAMS: Download the file from the link provided in the email and extract it using the specified password. In MADOSX, navigate to the Data Import section and select the relevant file type, such as Transaction File (WBR2) or Client Master File (WBR9). Follow the prompts to upload and import the data into MADOSX.
